Membership
A fantastic facility in an exquisite location
The Lifestyle Centre offers clients the opportunity
to exercise in our fully equipped gymnasium
or relax in our heated indoor swimming pool.
Full membership gives you full use of all
facilities and a wide range of services.
The Lifestyle Centre
is a health club within a management college
providing a service for paying members, Ashridge
staff and course participants. The centre
is closed to paying members for a couple of
hours each weekday to allow usage from course
participants and staff, for more information

times.
Visiting Membership
A lot of people are not always in the country,
or their children are at university and they
are looking for a membership that will allow
them to visit the centre so many times per
year. Membership will entitle you to a full
fitness assessments and personal home exercise
programmes. Your fitness levels will be assessed
every eight weeks and a new exercise programme
will be given for you to follow when away
from the gym.

How fit is your
company?
A lot of companies spend money on mental health
but very little on Physical, to be an effective
employee you have to be both mentally and
Physically robust, the problem is that more
companies focus on mental health whilst people
are becoming more stressed and unfit and having
more time of ill due to stress.
Membership will entitle you to free use
of all facilities and services, after eight
weeks all employees will be re-assessed on
their fitness levels and a report will given
to each employee and a health report will
be sent to the HR department. This will inform
the employer on how fit their staff are and
that they are carrying out regular exercise.
